The remuneration package will be open for negotiation but can be expected to be at the upper end of the current range for this level of appointment.

First 'first' Solo

Ulster Flying Club student Zack Millar recently completed two 'firsts' only one day after his sixteenth birthday.  Pictured with club instructor Roger McConnell, Zack successfully flew his first solo in one of the Club's new Tecnam P2002JFs.  Coincidentally, this was also the first time the club had sent any student pilot solo in the aircraft.  Zack had commenced training in the Cessna 152 in 2011 having notched-up eight hours flight time before the club upgraded to the more modern, two-seat Tecnam.  A mere three hours later he was ready to take to the skies on his own, flying a perfect circuit much to the delight of his instructor.
