Nick Clegg has called for citizens to tell the government about outdated and expensive regulations that need repealed. John Hughes has answered that call on behalf of private pilots with a request to remove the very much outdated requirement to file a GAR when flying to and from Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
